My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms, although a bit dated and in need of a makeover, were clean enough and furnished with quality towels, extra pillows, and comfy beds. However, the room location next to where the staff kept their trolleys was not ideal as it caused a disturbance in the morning. The service was exceptional, especially in the dining room, where the staff assisted in making our time enjoyable. The location was convenient for our visit to the area, but not ideal for walking to shops. The dining experience, while good overall, lacked options for dietary requirements and was a bit on the expensive side. The facilities were sufficient for a comfortable stay.
